Wynn provided excellent, fast service when my internet was out. Turns out it was tree branches in the way of the usual great signal! He explained the problem to me, removed the annoying, signal blocking branches and got me back up and running in less than 30 minutes!! I’ve only had two service calls in the many years I have had Crows Nest Broadband and each time I have received fast, friendly, knowledgeable service. Definitely a five star service!!

Kyler and Elijah are very professional and fast at what they do. I will definitely be tellling everyone I know to switch services. I am 100 % satisfied with Crowsnest Service. I need to add Josh to this 5 star which if I could give a 10 star to all of these guys I would. Josh is better than any AI service ever. I didn't even get my words out of my mouth and he knew what my problem was. I just should've called sooner than I did. Thanks again guys for the wonderful service I won't ever deal with anyone else .

Wynn came to our home to do an equipment upgrade. My wife and I both work from home. I was prepared for long and repeated outages during the upgrade. Wynn inspected all aspects of our setup, which is not a standard setup, and we had only one brief outage. He communicated with us throughout the process, resulting in no surprises. I cannot imagine how this process could possibly have been any better. Outstanding service from Wynn and Crowsnest.
